How do I add my courses?
Tap Import, then Upload a document. Pick each syllabus (PDF, Word, a photo or pasted text). With two or more, Syllabi reads them while you do something else and tells you when your courses are ready.
A date is wrong. How do I fix it?
Tap the deadline, then Edit. Syllabi asks you to check any date the syllabus wasn’t clear about before it goes in your calendar.
How do I add an event that repeats?
In Calendar, choose Add event (in the app: +, then Event). A title, a date and a start time are enough. Under More details, Repeats can be every day, every week, every 2 weeks, every month, or custom dates you pick one by one.
How do I sign in?
Settings, Your account, Continue with email. We email you a 6-digit code. There’s no password.
Can I use Syllabi on a computer?
Yes. Tap Log in at the top of this page and sign in with the same email. Your courses, deadlines and grades are the same on your phone and on the web.
Is Syllabi free?
Yes, on iPhone, iPad and the web. Syllabi Pro adds more courses, uploads, assistant messages and summaries, and a few extras, for CA$4.99 a month or CA$19.99 a year. See what’s in Pro.
How do I cancel Syllabi Pro?
On your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Syllabi. Apple handles the payment, so it’s cancelled there. Restore purchases is in Settings, Your account.
How do I delete my account?
In Syllabi or on the web: Settings, Your account, Delete account. It deletes your account, email address, usage counts and synced semester from our server.
Where are my notes kept?
On your device, and on our server too while you’re signed in, so they match on your phone, iPad and the web. You can turn that off for a device in Settings, Your account, Sync this device. With Syllabi Pro you can also save a backup file of every note in Notes, the ⋯ menu, Back up notes.
